Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on yedoensis.com (the "Site"), operated by Yedoensis Ltd. ("YEDOENSIS", "we", "us" or "our").
1. Where we ship
We ship to Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and Vietnam. If your country is not available at checkout, we cannot ship there at the moment. Feel free to contact us.
2. When your order ships
Orders ship once a week, on Wednesdays. Orders placed before Wednesday 00:00 (UTC) ship that Wednesday, and orders placed after that ship the following Wednesday. Orders to the United States may ship sooner. Shipping may be delayed around Japanese public holidays, such as New Year, Golden Week and Obon.
3. Shipping rates and delivery times
Shipping rates are in US dollars. The rate and estimated delivery time for your order are shown at checkout. Delivery times are counted from the day your order ships. They are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Tracking
When your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
5. Customs, duties and taxes
- United States: we prepay import duties, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
- United Kingdom: for orders up to £135, any UK VAT is included in our prices, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Orders over £135 are treated as imports and may be subject to import VAT, duties and carrier fees, which the recipient pays.
- All other countries: import duties and taxes are not included in our prices or shipping fees. If any apply, they are charged by the carrier or customs authority and paid by the recipient. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.
If a parcel is refused or returned because duties or taxes were not paid, see Section 4 of our Refund Policy.
6. Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you need to change it, email us at info@yedoensis.com with your order number before your order ships. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
7. Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us. See Sections 3 and 4 of our Refund Policy.
